ADULTS (from 18 years of age)

Dancing is a fun and effective way to stay fit, relieve stress, and boost confidence. Regular dance training improves stamina & fitness, strength, flexibility, posture, co-ordination and balance, while also sharpening the mind and lifting your mood.

​

​​Our classes are welcoming, supportive, and suitable for all levels - whether you're a beginner or returning to dance.

​

Dynamic Barre Fitness

A mixture of barre, centre and floor exercises based on the principles of ballet movement (however no previous ballet experience is necessary). It is great for toning and strengthening the whole body as well as improving posture and flexibility. Don’t be fooled into thinking that exercises based on ballet will be lovely and gentle – this class is surprisingly tough and you will feel the burn!

  • Saturdays - 10.00 to 11.00am at The Curzon Centre

 

To make things convenient you can either pay for a termly membership by selecting Full Enrolment at the link below, or Pay As You Go by selecting Casual Enrolment. By opting for a termly membership your classes end up being £10 per class instead of the standard £12.

  • Mondays - 8.00 to 9.00pm at The Curzon Centre

 

Jazz

  • Mondays - 7.15 to 8.00pm at The Curzon Centre

 

Tap

  • Beginners/Improvers: Thursdays - 7.15 to 8.00pm at Alfriston School

  • Advanced: Thursdays 8.00 to 8.45pm at Alfriston School

 

For our Adult Ballet, Tap and Jazz classes, we offer a two-week introductory trial for £14, giving students the chance to experience the class, meet the teacher and fellow dancers, and see if it’s the right fit for them. Click on the link below and select your desired class.
